Fernhill hotel which is shut down after re-occurrance of haunted events , gained much name after spooky incidents during the shooting of movie Raaz.

Once Sarojji and her troupe checked in late at night and were kept awake by someone rearranging the furniture in the room above. The dancers who had an early morning shoot tired calling reception but the phone was dead.
